Heavy and efficient

Very powerful and works great! The only downside is that you have to make sure you dry it really well or it will rust. Also, I love it!

Pros

AWESOME BALANCING - Absolute control over your steaks or burgers! The weight keeps the meat from curling and rising in the hot pan. And it doesn't squeeze the juice out of your meat.
