I like how it is automated, so that you don't have too much time in order to respond back or forward emails from followers; also because of this software we are able to see all our customer's chats at once which helps us handle them better with ease.; The best thing about AutoResponders bot is its ability to give out more sales without any human interference as well., And one can be notified whenever there’s something going wrong within their account such sending errors etc..

It has been very helpful when responding customers' questions through chatbot since sometimes they get confused by my replies due to lack information given via texts/emails but now everything gets solved easily after using auto-responder bots.
