I'm not very picky about my keys or key fob, but the back of the key fob came off and it took me two hours to find it. I wouldn't say you can tell what they are, but you can feel them there. So if you remember the location of the buttons, it's easy to find each of the buttons in low light or with no light. Cons: - Installation of a key ring. The silicone is thick and protects the area where the key ring rests. It's not too bad, but the extra thickness makes attaching the key ring a lot more difficult. If this is a problem for anyone, I would suggest simply cutting the silicone where the key ring attaches to the key fob. You can attach or detach the cover without removing the key fob from the keychain. When the battery in the key fob dies, you need to remove the cover to use the dead key slot in the car. .Personally I don't consider any of them a real scam as it's something you only come across once or twice but I try to be honest and list everything I can think of in case it's important to someone else.
