This item may work if you have more than two cup holders. Otherwise it is not practical. Especially if there are other people in the car who need a place for drinks. I also don't like the long neck on the extension and the fact that you have to look *down* at the screen and away from the road. This is not safe when using Google Maps and you are in traffic. Also, it seems a bit pricey for what it is. **** Thanks to Cindy from VIICSEED. She approached me with an offer to replace her car phone mount. That works great. I like it more than a coaster.
