My front air conditioner couldn't handle the summer heat and I'm very glad I got this unit

I bought this air conditioner as a second unit for my four 31e winch. My front air conditioner couldn't handle the summer heat and I'm very glad I bought this unit. The thing blows ice cold. Before this unit on a 95+ degree day the best I could do was mid 80's. Now I have no problem keeping it at 70 degrees in the heat of the day and maybe I could do better if I wanted to. We no longer have to constantly remind everyone to keep the door closed to keep the air in. I did a lot of research on this device and they have some bad reviews about devices failing after a year of use. I chose this because it seems to be the best value for money. It's only been installed for 2 weeks so time will tell. Installation was very easy and the unit installed in my old bedroom air vent in about 2 hours. It took me about 3 more hours to run the wiring as my bus didn't have the wiring for the second unit. After starting this air conditioner I thought something might be wrong with my other Coleman Mach unit as it doesn't blow anywhere that cold. The unit is a bit noisy, but the cold air is worth it. I had an issue with the unit's short cycle and it only cooled the room down to about 69 degrees before the compressor kicked in even at the lowest temp. I did a little research and found that there is a thermostat adjustment screw in the housing where the temperature adjustment knobs are. after opening the box and turning the screw a few turns, the air conditioning works like a dream. This will put my camper in the hanging meat category. Everyone on my team is happy with the campers now and this is by far the best upgrade I've made to a summer camper.
