We have a 10 month old English Bulldog who has been known to destroy lesser quality toys in MINUTES. after about a month of being the focus of daily chew sessions, the Mega Ring has only suffered minor damage.In the first few days, I noticed some of the seams on the inside of the ring were being focused on. I trimmed the frays back with scissors and burned / sealed those points with a lighter - our little guys hasn't gotten leverage in that area since.Its great too that the squeaker is well insulated - its not loud and obnoxious like other toys I have gotten - you can only hear it if you are right on top of it - otherwise its just an incentive for the Bulldog - just as it should be!
