-- Update October 9, 2020 Lepow Customer Service contacted us regarding my concerns. They offered to replace the broken USB-C cable and now it works great. Also, they helped me to connect my iPhone to the monitor easily. I changed the rating to 5 stars because the customer service exceeded my expectations for the product. - First recap - I work remotely quite a bit and work with data and code all day. It saved me when I was working remotely. I bought TWO of these and they are definitely perfect for someone who is looking for something that is easy to carry and needs some extra monitor real estate. I have an ultra wide monitor at home and have found that I can be equally productive with two monitors (connected via a docking station). The picture quality, brightness and color of this monitor is definitely not comparable to expensive monitors. . The ease of getting around with it makes up for the quality of the screen. The out-of-the-box setup is a bit annoying. However, you can adjust the settings yourself as you wish. Also the connection for USB C is not that good as it can be patchy. Small movements can turn it off or it will turn off randomly after 10 minutes of use. Luckily, the mini-HDMI works really well, so I'll just take it with USB-C for power. As for the phone connection, I've found it works fine with Android phones but won't connect to my iPhone 11 pro max. from USB-C to Lightning port. Having said that, these 2 monitors are my main work tools and I am very, very happy with my purchase.
