Great Professional Services Firm, knowledge of Security Products
They are very knowledgeable about all aspects related to IT Securiy including network infrastructure design/buildout as well training employees how they can best use these products or solutions within their organization is one thing I really like with them! Nothing yet but will have more time after our implementation goes live next year!! We used this firm because we needed help getting started from an initial evaluation through go Live Implementation (GLLI) which was done by another vendor who has since been acquired - unfortunately it wasn't us that did GILL so cannot comment regarding those issues directly however what i do know personally working there now at least 5 years gives me confidence when recommending SA companies such knowledgeable staff & great customer service skills.
- Great teamwork environment; friendly, professional people.all inclusive experience for both management level execs' plus support personnel alike..very positive approach in most situations where ever possible..and lastly excellent knowledge base library system resources along wth many other product offerings available upon request if necessary
