Review on ๐Ÿฆˆ Shark Tungsten Carbide Steel Kitchen Knife Sharpener: The Best Pocket Accessory for Professional Chefs by Nancy Russell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Garbage! The plastic construction must be made of aluminum!

Not quite unusable! While it doesn't sharpen your blade enough to slice through fresh meat without some serious trimming (I use it for hunting knives, not kitchen knives), it sharpens enough that you can spend a lot less time on the fine grit. grindstone to get to this point. One star because I've had it for a little over a month, I've used it maybe a dozen times and it broke! Can't be adjusted anymore and the carbides will just pull apart when pressure is applied, like trying to sharpen a blade! Came highly recommended, broke a week outside the return window! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
