Review on Egg Poacher COZILIFE Build Microwave by Ryan Bennett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great product, works!

Tried it for the first time. I made two poached eggs to serve on potato pancakes I brought home from a restaurant. Due to the rings, the cups stand about 2.5 cm well in the water. You don't have to let them float so water doesn't get into the cups while cooking. I generously oiled the insides and cracked an egg in; It seems the cups are comfortable for holding giant eggs. Bring the water to a boil, add the cups, cover the pan with a lid and cook for six minutes. She put out the fire and put away the cups. The low water level allows you to grab them without getting burned. My eggs lay freely in the baskets, didn't stick out at all and slipped out. The white coagulated well, but the yolk was too hard, only partially runny. Maybe five minutes would be better, I'll try next time. Overall, they work very well and are very easy to use. You may need to experiment a bit to get the eggs just how you like them. Added: Made Eggs Benedict this morning. Well! Cooked for 5:30 inches in half an inch of freshly boiling water, perfect for my taste. Since silicone is an insulator, most cooking with steam seems to happen top-to-bottom. So that could be good. to make sure your pan has a well-fitting lid!
