Review on 📺 T9 Android TV Box: 2GB RAM 16GB ROM, RK3318 Quad-core, Android 9.0, Dual WiFi 2.4G+5.0G, BT4.0, 3D 4K Smart TV Box by Sean Ceo

The included remote control doesn't work properly, we had to put it in mouse or cursor mode regularly because it didn't switch from app to app or movie to movie (Netflix/Amazon) , like other similar boxes. The interface between the box and the remote is "clunky" at best and hugely disappointing. I wanted to like it and spent months on it but never got used to it (I don't like it more than the "fancy" interface) but eventually I gave up and bought another AndroidTV box. I chose the Nvidia Shield Pro, it's a much more expensive product and I don't want to compare them as the same or comparable in cost. My Android TV purchased from Walmart was better than this one. Sorry, I wanted to like it, I gave it a long shot, and after all, I'm a techy guy. Just let this one down. I confirm and must point out that I have NOT contacted the seller, I have NOT tried other boxes of the same model so I'm willing to admit that this COULD be just my box not working properly.
