There is a better way to do this, don't buy it.
The item doesn't need a hole in the middle to plate bananas or seeds. So I just needed something to crush the Tostones because I kept burning my hands the old fashioned way. Well, it doesn't work the way it's done. So I removed the rocker portion, along with whatever was in it, and I just use the paddle side to shred the toasts.
