Although the thermistor does not work - Tested on another printer, it works

I used all the parts from this kit because my old thermistor stopped working. No, the motherboard can read more. Everything else works except temperature. Nonsense This thermistor is sticking out of the heater block - thermistor seems to be longer than the original OEM. I have ordered other thermistors so I will update this if these thermistors work this could be DOA or incompatible not sure I am not very versed in how thermistors work or if they are interchangeable. Apparently the firmware on the board has something to do with reading the thermistors. So I don't know yet
