I like that we can manage all our inventory using one system instead of separate programs. It's helpful because it makes organizing my day-to-day activities easier when running a busy retail store. We have been able to customize some features such as adding custom labels which has helped us solve issues quicker. The user interface could be improved. There are times that it gets confusing navigating all the menus, etc. Also, sometimes I cannot figure out how to get back to where I was trying to go from an action I performed previously. Also, it may take me several attempts to create the same label if I am not familiar with its functions. The benefits of having everything in one place rather than switching between different programs is worth the upfront cost! The ability to track inventory. I also love that it makes it easy to make changes without needing to print things out and mail them elsewhere. I think that this product has helped me out with my problems with invoicing clients. The price is very good because we have many customers who use it and are happy with it. I think it's a little difficult to use at first but once you get used to how it works it gets easier. I recommend this program to others because they can do invoices so easily. It helps out a lot when you need to invoice someone or give them an invoice.
