As I write this I am still trying to find information about the manufacturer of this product. The instructions on all 2 pages (on one page) don't mention who is doing it. Simply put, despite the relatively easy installation process, once you use the IR repeaters to close your device's IR receiver windows, good luck to get them working without any problems. I have a TV, soundbar, DVD player and cable box connected through this system. Only the cable box seems to be getting any reliable signal. And that's just for switching channels. If I find a solution to this, or even the manufacturer's website, I will post it again.
