Product appears to perform as intended, but poor packaging renders it unusable. The hose is severely kinked until the hose material is damaged. This is caused by the way the tubing is twisted in the packaging. I returned the first item and explained that I would accept a replacement if they could guarantee the replacement was not twisted - the replacement was just as bad as the first. We recommend not ordering until the packaging issue is resolved. This problem has been described by other reviewers.
