Review on LabConnect by Troy Gerhardt

I like that they are able to access my lab information from anywhere, anytime! They have been very helpful in providing me with great customer service when needed as well has being quick at responding back once given an issue or question about their software/systems (which can be hard sometimes!). The only thing i dislike right now would probably just because its not something we've had issues before but maybe it's different this time around? We're trying out new things so there hasn't really ever come up where our system was down etc., which makes sense since you should always want your systems running 100% all day everyday haha :). But other than those two small details everything else seems pretty good!!
