I like that it has all my software, testing equipment needed to run tests from one place which makes things so much easier! There are times when you have issues with your account or billing information but they get back in contact quickly once notified about any problems within 24 hours at most timeframes we've experienced this problem was resolved very fast as well!! I like that they are able to access my lab information from anywhere, anytime! They have been very helpful in providing me with great customer service when needed as well has being quick at responding back once given an issue or question about their software/systems (which can be hard sometimes!). I liked that it allowed me to run many different tests all at once, so if one test failed I could immediately see which ones caused it. It was easy to use but sometimes there were errors with uploading or logging into the program causing some delays in testing. The system also did not always have access to certain tests like my blood chemistry test results.
