Customer service is great but the product isn't great. Tried 2 sets. There is a proper setup (that's good) and it seemed to work properly just to test the block in 4x4, but under load both kits pulled apart just trying to get my camper out of the yard receive. As far as traction for the truck alone they did well, but once the load got to the point where the front started spinning, they gave up.
