Natural Color Expert does not work!

I bought 3 of these as a triple display setup. The Natural Color Expert software version 4.0.2.6 provided on the CD only recognizes one LCD, there is no LCD selector switch, so I have to plug/unplug each LCD to calibrate it. Now I update to 4.0.2.10 from Samsung website on 10/14/2014, now it doesn't even recognize my LCDs "NCE is not compatible with monitors". Tried to contact Samsung, call 1800 and they don't even know what a natural color expert is. What's the point of Samsung pushing this display towards color accuracy and their software isn't working? I might return them and get the NEC 4k after it's released. Pros: - Good packaging, also comes with a miniDP to DP adapter. - The material is very nice, mainly metal, not many plastic parts. - The cable management cover has a nice feel when properly installed, the cable cannot be seen from the front of the monitor. - Very thin and beautiful bezel. - Color exactly out of the box. - Viewing angles are good, which is to be expected from an IPS Cons: - Stands are very wobbly, will be replaced with Ergotron mounts - Cable that comes with the LCD is very short, I think it's 6ft considering if you have to rotate the LCD, I end up ordering new cables for the panel. Samsung has no customer service. When you call them, they will take you to a call center where they will simply read you the user guide. Unlike my previous LCD (NEC/EIZO) they knew what I was talking about when I called the representative. - No built-in speaker for those who care. - The Natural Color Expert software only supports one monitor. If you use multiple monitors like me, you will need to use third party calibration tools. - Display controls are not easy to navigate.

Pros
  • 11.02 x 28.65 x 24.43 inches
Cons
  • Bad brightness
