it replaced rear left and right rear wheels in my 2021 Buick Regal. So far I have driven 12000 km. You must be very careful not to damage the bearing when installing the bearing hub assembly. I suggest you use the old bearing opposite the new one to slide it in. If you don't have a lift it's very difficult to replace, you'll have to hammer it out from the back, there's very little room, you'll probably bend the fender before you pull out the old bearing hub. If I had to do it again I would pay the PEP guys to do it.
