Order a new one #191-2351
The part number it said on the starter is 191- 1798. This launcher was a huge piece of junk, the ears looked like they were made out of melted down Chinese bullets. I went to install it and the ear fell off the starter and yes I seated it before tightening it. Then it took a month to get my money back. The new part number is 191-2351. Order one of these, one is around $70 here and was of much better quality. This is on a Microquiet 4000. Don't make my mistake and get stuck inserting and removing the starter 3 times.
