This is my second pair. I forgot to take off the first one before diving into the salt water. They keep working, but they need a backup pair. I've used others in the past and they fell off the trailer. While they're gone, I tow my little sailboats back and forth across the state. I was concerned because the photos in the insert showed that the lights had round magnets. The previous pair had rectangular magnets that make more contact with the crossbars on my trailer frames. I was pleasantly surprised that the new ones also have rectangular magnets. I don't know what to tell you about the shape of the magnets - will they be round like in the pictures or rectangular like mine. My trailer frames are narrower than the magnets, so while they're holding up so far I'll look for small metal plates that better match the size of the magnets. I will glue the plates to the trailer's cross members and attach magnets to them.
