I bought it in October but rarely used it. I was playing a CD the other day and it lost music, the CD is new and also recently purchased and rarely played as I mainly use my Alexa to listen to my favorite songs. Next I noticed that the plastic had cracked on top for no reason. I never put anything on top. The remote control does not always work. The product is of poor quality. Also, the Holy Seller couldn't do anything about the problem. He wants me to make a deal with the manufacturer. Since he's our salesman he should be able to help, but no, he has money and that's all that matters to him. Bad customer service. I would not recommend buying this from a Quantum seller.
