We have been using the standard IC4 pedals for four months now and while they work, they creak noticeably when turning. As proponents of spending money where you spend your time, we switched to these Venzo pedals to make our mornings on the bike more enjoyable. While a 2-in-1 with SPD and Look latches might have been enough for us, the ability to add straps if needed was a definite bonus. Definitely easy to assemble: I just dipped the threads in red car grease and screwed them on by hand, finally tightening them with a wrench. No more grinding sensations for us!
