Abrasive material is good, but there are some problems. First, the abrasive material is only on one side of the pad, so you get very little for your coins. Second, it is very difficult to use wet material because the back pad is VERY porous. The sponge pad is too soft and not ribbed enough to apply enough pressure to sand fine detail. When cut into usable pieces, you'll struggle with the pad as it bounces around like a spring-loaded piece of paper. It's Tamaya, but it's not the best, like most of their stuff.
