For applications other than swimming this should be great. It seems well made and is flattering. I tried this on and in moving my arms mimicking freestyle found that the front zipper moved up and pushed into my throat area. It may be because I have broad shoulders or that there is nothing to hold it down and in place on the torso other than friction. Sadly, the fit wasn't right on me. If I had pulled the zipper down the cold ocean water would have had an entry point. I ordered the 6, which otherwise was perfect for my 5'-5.5", 125 lb athletic frame. I have a long torso and slender wrists, and wanted it tight enough not to get baggy in the water. The sleeves had a little space at the wrists, though the arms and torso were fine. I am going to return this and find a shorty wetsuit with a back zipper.
