Six months later I couldn't unplug the power cord and after much effort I pulled it out and it melted. I used a different cable as it is the standard power cable and I touched the cable and it was hot. After I removed the cable after only 2 minutes, the end melted. I contacted the seller and they offered to ship me a part so I could fix this high voltage fire hazard. No way. They kept coming up with excuses not to send a replacement. I spoke to Revain and showed proof and so they refunded me 5 stars to Revain and -5 stars to the seller. If you know a product is flammable, you can at least replace it or get your money back. be very careful .
