Review on ⚡️ Enhanced Victron Energy BlueSolar MPPT 100V 50A 12/24V Solar Charge Controller by Bobby Inappropriate

I bought this controller to charge my marine battery bank. I bought $1500 worth of batteries new at Walmart. The system was wired correctly as I am a very experienced electronics engineer. I have the charge controller set to the default setting as specified in the Flooded Marine battery manual and shown in the attached photo. It is clearly stated that flooded ship batteries will be charged with this setting. In addition to this charge controller I bought a battery voltage monitor and a battery balancer. All were properly connected. I have checked the batteries for correct water levels monthly and have had no problems. They will be kept in a clean, relatively cool place in my garage. About 3 weeks ago the balancer started to fail. The BVM block showed an increasing difference between the bottom and top blocks of my 24v system. After the alarm went off, I disconnected all the batteries and started testing. As it turned out, the charger did NOT charge the bank to a 32V equalization charge. I have been going back and forth with Victron on many issues related to their product. I have performed software updates. Now I have a battery bank that is completely destroyed. Victron says this is all MY fault for the following reasons: 1. I used the wrong settings on the charger.2. I had no negotiations with my "dealer" - the seller on this site. I was unable to get the address or phone number of this "dealer". I was hoping that this device would be better than the Chinese devices on the market and better supported. Unfortunately it isn't. Victron offers NOTHING to help me with destroyed batteries. I'll take it to small claims court - if possible.
