Defective on delivery

I got this to run an amplifier that draws about 65 amps. This power supply seems to do it quite well but it comes with a voltmeter plug, I plugged it in as instructed and it immediately got hot and started to melt. I quickly unplugged it, but it was smoking. The PSU turned on but it worked on reboot and appears to be intact. Such a disadvantage is unacceptable not only in price, but in everything that can burn your hacienda.
