I have had a SunSun 304b on my 75 liter pool for years! One day it suddenly started making noise and it wasn't blowing air or anything. Disassembled, cleaned everything and the impeller. Still noisy. Bought a replacement impeller, put it in, everything was quiet again! Do you think the old one is worn out? I didn't notice anything visually. It doesn't matter as it's a cheap solution.
