Review on Enhance Performance with Walker Exhaust 31357 Exhaust Pipe Flange Gasket by Larry Gaines

The original gasket in my exhaust system deteriorated and eventually fell apart (who knows where), exhaust fumes leaked under the interior of my 1999 Subaru Outback. The chain store I take my car to for an oil change wanted to replace my catalytic converter (priced at $600) because the flange where it connects to the rest of the exhaust system is badly rusted. Thought I'd try replacing the gasket (as well as the spring and bolt kit while I was there) to see if I could squeeze a few more years out of the car before replacing it. The hardest part of the job was unscrewing the old rusty spring bolts. The gasket itself stood up and sealed well as I tightened the bolts. No more exhaust leaks!
