You need to add water for them to stick.
I haven't seen any real "instructions", there is a sheet with the design and marking of each part. Each piece of plastic has a letter to mark so you can recreate the scene. You have to add water to them or they won't stick to anything. Rivets are thin but strong. The water element annoyed me a bit, but I got by with it.
