Great tool for managing customer relationships

I like that it integrates with my CRM so we can see our contact information at one glance (also allows us access via mobile app).

The ability to send emails back from within Callie makes this very useful as well! There isn't anything really about call center software in general or specifically what you get when purchasing through Trillium Communications which has been great thus far but there are some things missing here too - would love more features such as time tracking etc., also wish they could integrate better into Salesforce instead than having separate apps where sometimes data gets messed up since its not synced properly between platforms.- Contact info management; easier way to update internal contacts without sending out mass email updates every week / month.; easy integration wtih other applications including sales force analytics tools ; ease integrating multiple phone numbers under different accounts if needed by an account manager who's working remotely vs being physically present during business hours.
