More than stated on collars, harnesses and leashes

The colors are bright, as in the picture. The description said the small collar could be used for a cat or a puppy/small breed. Although it can be reduced to this size, it is much wider than advertised. This makes both the collar and leash too bulky for a small breed or cat.
