I love this thing! I had a smaller one first but this size is perfect. About the amount of whipped cream you'd get in a regular jar, and it will keep in the fridge for a couple of days (probably longer, but I can't resist. I've made regular heavy cream for a few guests, but I mostly use it for coconut whipped cream Cream as I'm lactose intolerant. My recipe is a can of room temperature full fat coconut milk, whipped with 2 tablespoons heavy cream and very smooth out of the fridge but I found it spreads more smoothly 5-10 minutes after taking it out. I shake well and enjoy! But I have no experience with coconut milk.
