I'm not sure what the problem is. I ordered one, tried it and it made a crumbly creamy cream. I thought it might be the cartridges I had from my last donor (although they haven't expired) so I ordered another box of chargers. Did not help. I am very disappointed. The last whipped cream I had (I still would have, but someone in this house lost some vital parts) worked great for years. Until the day the pieces were gone. So the first box was missing the accessories. I contacted Revain and they sent me a replacement. In the second case, I dropped the screw mechanism protruding through the handle into the canister when trying to attach the nozzle. The instructions do not say whether this is normal and what to do in this case.
