I noticed the regulator on my portable compressor was leaking so I installed the regulator I salvaged from my old compressor and it was leaking too so I ordered this one. It arrived the next day. It only took a few minutes to install and it works like a champ. Some reviewers have mentioned that the sensor is installed with thread lock. This is the best practice for aluminum fittings. The PTFE tape will over-tighten in this case, which can cause the aluminum to crack. Keep in mind one tip and use thread lock on two ¼" fittings when installing.
