Review on Showerhead Stainless Handle Control Regulator by Troy Simpson

Bought to fix a leaking control valve. The shower is due for a complete redo so I didn't want to replace the entire diverter which is currently soldered behind the wall. So I tried the Homestock part first and unfortunately it still had a small leak. Now if I think it's all metal I would get better results, unfortunately it doesn't. I also didn't realize that it has an NPT thread, which you don't need for a shower connector. This way the threads never reach the bottom seal and cause leaks you won't even believe. I guess I'll leave it as a paperweight, it looks good.
