Review on petBASE by Marfel Fekete

I love how user friendly it was to use when we first started using Petbase! The support team were super helpful in getting us up-to speed with all our needs/wants from their platform - which included customizing features that would help streamline everything even further (and they did!). We've also been able find some great resources online via google searches regarding any queries / issues along those lines too so there's always something out at hand if you need assistance while working through them!! Sometimes things can get lost during updates but not often enough where i'd say its frustratingly bad compared other platforms like Zooplus etc who are notorious about this issue unfortunately :/. Have gone back since then however have found nothing negative aside form being aware now what problems exist within an update before having implemented changes ourselves :) I like that it's easy to use and has a lot of features. I also like that it's very customizable. I dislike that it's not as user friendly as other apps. It's a little confusing at times and I have to do a lot of clicking to get where I need to be. It is a great app for a small business. It's easy to use and allows me to keep track of all of my clients. I can also easily send out invoices and keep track of payments. It's also great for sending out newsletters and reminders.
