Review on Concrete Carbide Plastic Marble Cement by Nolan White

I was very disappointed when I received this purchase to open the box and find that these drill bits were clearly used and not new. These drill bits must be very sharp as they are designed for drilling tile/glass. I bought a 10 pack because the bits wear out quickly with use and your item is at risk of damage, so I was given this amount to save on trips to the hardware store. The bits I received are unusable and arrived well packaged but matte with visible signs of wear. So now I have 10 bits that I can't use. Super disappointed.
