The ease of use is one thing I like about this tool, it's very easy to navigate with all their tutorials available online so that even newbies can jump in easily! Sometimes there are glitches when you're doing something specific such as adding email addresses where they won't allow me access until i check another box saying "Allow". But other than THAT nothing much at fault here for now but more likely will be if my usage goes past 1-2 months or longer then we'll have problems which would need solving quickly! For sure give them credit while using because most services these days aren´t willing/able too provide refunds after purchase unless some huge issues occur (which rarely does actually) :). It helps us keep tabs over our leads & prospects who engage via social media platforms etc., allowing reps from different areas across globe communicate directly without having physical meetings together everytime!! I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place which makes finding leads so much easier! It would be nice if you could have more control over your data privacy settings but overall this system works well for me as far back-end lead management goes!! Nothing really at present because we are just getting started with using them however they do offer great support when needed too.
