Wrong tolerances make it useless

Very dissatisfied with the purchase. First came a short of the six screws needed to connect the top and bottom pieces. Second, when I tried to install the screws, the extruded plastic covered one of the screw holes. Even after I unboxed it, the incorrect extrusion caused so much friction that the two pieces couldn't slide freely over either bar. I'm wondering if this company buys seconds from Microjig because it was a mess and a waste of time and Microjig usually make quality products. From now on I go straight to their online shop.
