You get what you pay for but you get what you need to get started
You will replace these tools over time but if you just want to try leather goods this is a good price. You won't go far wrong if you decide you don't like it. I definitely recommend getting some chisels if you want to try and get a clean stitch and I will never touch that thread again having used a good Ritza Tiger 25 thread but it was good, to experiment and figure out what I wanted in my tools.
