Press in the three marks with a hole punch to carefully start drilling. I used a jig to ensure the holes were drilled at 90 degrees. Two screws go into the sleeve. Attach the sleeves to the back of the hammer. Tighten them with pliers. Then insert the sleeves and hammer through the two holes in the door. You will find that the 3/16 inch diameter hole is not big enough. 1/4 inch is fine. Attach two screws through the back of the door and then attach the peephole. I used a metal ruler to tighten the gap. You'll need something thick to tighten (kitchen knife or fork, etc.). Finished.
