Review on SEALIGHT by John Pineda

A dim bulb in the realm of online auto dealerships that goes by the name of SEALIGHT

What a terrible shame! My encounter with SEALIGHT's online store was a huge letdown, which is a shame because I was really looking forward to checking out the brand. To begin, their website was clumsy and difficult to browse, which was a major turnoff for visitors. It took me an inordinate amount of time to find what I was looking for, and when I did, the product descriptions lacked the level of depth that I need. In the end, I decided to buy some LED headlights, but when they arrived, I discovered that I had made a mistake in sizing them. After giving the product specifications on their website a second look, I discovered that they had published the incorrect measurements there. Talk about a beginner error! When I attempted to get in touch with their customer support team, I was greeted with a lengthy wait time and responses that were not very helpful. It seemed as though their only goal was to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. In addition to everything else, the quality of the headlamps was below average. They weren't quite as bright as described, and after just a few weeks of use, they started flickering. Overall, I do not think that anyone would benefit from purchasing SEALIGHT. Their lack of attention to detail and bad customer service make them a dim light in the world of online auto retailers, despite the fact that they have a broad choice of products to choose from.
