I finally broke down and bought TWO m.2 drives but couldn't find the standoffs or screws that came with my motherboard. I bought these bad boys and they worked like a charm NO PROBLEM. a few things though: - DO NOT overtighten the posts. Just go manual. DO NOT twist the racks. If you start screwing them in and feel resistance, STOP IMMEDIATELY! You run the risk of breaking a piece of thread inside the motherboard and rendering the m.2 slot unusable. WILL BUY AGAIN if I'm stupid enough to lose the original m.2 connectors. ALSO - The screwdriver is NOT magnetic as advertised, but a nerd like me has plenty on hand.
