Review on Cuisinart 77-14N Chef's Classic Stainless Steel 14-Piece Set: A Complete Kitchen Essential by Anna Kaye

I received these pots and pans for Christmas, the lid made a rattling noise when unpacked. I saw a shard of glass stuck between the stainless steel rim and the glass top. I called customer service to get a replacement. Then they tell me I need to email them the proof, ok ok. After a few rings and emails they agree to send me a replacement BUT I had to reply to their email and say I want a replacement. GUESS WHAT, I replied yes and thanked that I would FINALLY (after a week of emails and hoops) get a replacement. BUT every time I send a "Yes, I want a replacement" email, I get a reply: You're declining my emails. The pots and pans are good, can't rate them as I refuse to use them until I get a replacement lid. At this point I'll probably be returning the whole damn set because their customer service is a joke!
