I have tried many BCAAs from many companies and the new Generate from Cutler Nutrition is AMAZING! Not only are they BCAAs, but they are also EAAs (essential amino acids), making them more complete and effective for muscle recovery, endurance and strength during exercise. I use 1 scoop during and 1 scoop after my workout and I feel like I have more strength in the gym and my recovery is much better in the following days.
