Review on 🔀 Turners Platters Spindles: High-Quality Hardwood with Optimal Diameter by Justin Spoja

I've used this on two different types of bowls that I've sharpened. I find it works best on the outside (bulged out) and with larger diameter bowls like 7" or so. With smaller diameters, he wants to slide on the surface. Inside the bowl, the tool works better with a larger diameter so the pad more contact. It would be nice to have interchangeable discs with concave, convex and flat discs.
